Essential Job Duties
Research appropriate websites to identify leads
Create call lists
Contact, qualify and pre-screen leads
Prepare qualified/screened lead lists
Submit lead lists to Investor Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings
Document all activities
Job Requirements
Computer with MS Office 2003, Windows 7, Vista or Windows XP (SP3) installed
High speed, reliable, Internet connection
Customer Service Experience (desired)
Real Estate Industry Experience (desired)
Basic computer maintenance/software installation skills
Internet and online database research experience
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
Excellent communication, time management and follow through skills
