Startup Seeking Software Engineer General Manager Co Founder Carlsbad Ca details visit

Startup seeking software engineer/general manager/co-founder
This is a very unique Craigslist job posting, but hopefully it’s a match for the right person.
Summary:
I’m looking for a C# software engineer to take over as lead of my startup. The name
of the company and further details can be provided upon receipt of your resume and interest.
I can offer a very minimal salary to start, $0-$3k/month depending on your experience and equity desired, but I believe the company can start generating revenue in a short amount of time (2-6 months) at which point your salary can be adjusted closer to market rate as the company grows. Plus, I’m willing to offer a major equity component for the right partner and I think it’s a fun project and an opportunity to learn a lot. I’ll consider recent college grads to grizzled veterans (I’m somewhere in between).
The company is about 2 years old and is servicing a niche in the storage services space ("cloud storage" if you prefer) and we have an awesome product.
The story:
I’ve previously started two companies (one with a successful exit), and am currently working on two projects – this company and another. My predicament is that my other project has just exploded (in a good way) – we will generate $10M+ in revenues this year.
But... I’m still in love with this company (for this position). And I think it has amazing potential. At this time I can only contribute minimum time to it (5 to 10 hours per week) and would love to see it be successful (and I’d like to make some money!). To date I’ve invested about $250k in this company.
The company currently has 4 employees (including me), all on a zero-salary basis (again, a minimal salary can be offered for this position if required), and we have a live, working version 1.0 of the product. We have some customers, but very little revenue. And admittedly, we currently don’t have great traction and have very slow growth. But, we are close to finishing a version 2.0 of the product now that we’ve learned some lessons from the market, and I’m looking for someone to take over my role.
I’m looking for someone who can do it all and/or is willing to learn the required skills that they don’t have. Responsibilities will include (with my help):
C# software development (ASP.NET, web services, WinForm apps)
- SQL Server 2008 DBA/DBD, T-SQL
- Rack hardware, monitor servers
- Customer support (95% email, 5% phone)
- Traditional marketing (PR, conferences)
- Internet market (SEO, SEM, Adwords, etc)
- Social media marketing (blogs, facebook)
- Gather customer requirements, research competitors
- Manage the vendors/consultants (e.g. graphic design)
- Manage patent portfolio
- Financial tracking and projections
... and probably several other things I’m forgetting right now. But as we’re still small, 95% of your time will be spent perfecting the product and attracting customers.
Other ideal candidate qualities:
- entrepreneurial minded
- ready to work hard for little cash compensation (but significant long term financial potential)
- extremely smart
- practical, strong common sense
- perfectionist, demands ultra-high quality
- cares about an exceptional customer experience and high-performance product
Location: Physical location is not necessarily important, but I’d prefer a candidate in the San Diego area (where I spend most of my time).
If you are interested in having an amazing running start at building a great company, please forward your resume and tell me a little about yourself.

Pccharge Consultation details visit
09/02/2010
We are looking for someone with a lot of PCCharge experience to provide us with some short term consultation.
We have a POS that integrates with PCCharge.
We are looking for assistance in the following areas:
1) Credit Card Swipers
Currentl
y our keyboard wedge swipes are susceptible to keyloggers. We have to use "keyboard mode" instead of HID because our app uses Terminal Services which wont work with HID wedges.
We would like help protecting our magnetic data from keyloggers and still using the swipe as a keyboard wedge.
2) Debit Pads
We have had struggles with MX830 pads using the SIM.dll. It's mostly working, but we get the occasional lockup of the swipe. We want to be able to host several different types of debit pads that include signature capture, but so far our integrations have been less than perfect.
Here we are looking for model recommendations, and possibly source code of someone else's debit pad integration. Keep in mind that we use terminal services, so we would like to run the debit pads in TCP/IP mode.
Language preferences would be: Any .NET language, or VB6.
If you're interested, please send us some information on your experience with PCCharge. After that we can discuss payment terms.
