We are looking for an experienced professional with custom
er support experience for the position of Client Support Analyst. This is a great opportunity to join our 24/7, virtually-based CSA team.
As Client Support Analyst, CSA, you will be responsible for efficient, accurate and courteous delivery of support services to our clients and our team of radiologists. The Client Support Analyst will provide Tier 1 problem analysis and resolution tracking for all support issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2 or more years of client support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments
Proficient knowledge of Windows server environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare background is a plus
