Customer Service and Dispatch Operator for household appliance repair company.
You will be responsible to confirm all customer service orders, dispatch those jobs to technicians, make sure each technician completes each job properly, enter the job stat
us and materials used, and audit the completed job. You will solve some customer service issues using sales skills and good communication. You will research some parts using descriptions, model and serial numbers and little else. Additionally you will order all parts for 12 techs, research and order special parts, reconcile all parts purchased with accounting, and provide telephone relief at times when only one person is in the call center. Virtually all of this work will be done on-line using your computer in your home.
We work in 2 states and 11 counties and repair washes, dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.
This is a work at home position. There will be initial training sessions in our office for 2 or more week before you work by yourself in your own home. Almost all of your work will at online and at home, except for a few meetings a year at our office. Hours are between 7AM to 6PM on Monday through Friday and some Saturdays from 8AM to 4PM.
Sales skills are helpful! All customers are calling for service and calls are inbound, no cold calling, no telemarketing. Candidates should have a positive attitude and be money motivated. Must have customer service AND household appliance repair or parts experience. Must be flexible and open minded. Can start immediately!!!
