Help In Trouble Homeowners San Diego County details visit
09/06/2010
I do not have to tell you about the tremendous number of foreclosures in California, Arizona and Nevada; and the numbers are steadily growing, which means a great market for our service for quite some time to come.
Homeowners in foreclosure always ne
ed help to delay their foreclosure sale for a number of reasons.
Our goal is to simply buy more time for the homeowner so that they can take advantage of various programs that are available or to simply give them breathing room to figure out an intelligent exit strategy. Our Foreclosure Sale Delay strategy can help people in foreclosure without affecting their credit. We do not file bankruptcy or do 1% piggy backs, nor implement any techniques that would involve the homeowner transferring any portion of their grant deed. Those techniques are scams and are illegal.
We offer clients an exclusive proprietary program that challenges the trustee company; is 100% legal and keeps homeowners in their homes. This is accomplished on a monthly basis for 9, and may be up to 18 months. The program is a month to month agreement between the company and the homeowner where the homeowner pays a small monthly fee that is a fraction of what they were paying. It is substantially below any market rent they will be paying when they have to move out of their home and into a rental.
The best to approach a homeowner in foreclosure is by going directly to the home. We have leads, scripts and training that gets you up and running so you can start earning a fantastic income in a very short time. There is no start up fees or costs for training and you can earn initial commissions combined with monthly residuals. You do not need a real estate license to do this.
We are looking for aggressive, hard working individuals who want to help people and earn money. Commissions are paid each Friday.
What you will need:
Vehicle, computer, telephone, fax
If you want to know more, forward your contact information with telephone number. I will send you additional information and telephone to discuss this program in greater detail.
