Qualifications
The candidate should have strong experience in establishing and managing business and client service operations, executive programs and consulting services, and marketing and communication vehicles (e.g. web, workshop materials, enewsletters). This person should be a highly organized, creative self-starter able to work effectively individually and as a manager of cross-disciplinary and virtual teams that include ALI principals, consultants, executives and a range of finance, communication and operations vendors. Should be adept at establishing effective working relationships with ALI management team, administrative staff and business partners. Must be able to think and act strategically while paying attention to detail, and be a master of juggling and managing multiple tasks at the same time to get things done on time and on budget.
A background in business management is required, along with outstanding writing, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with consulting and leadership development organizations – as well as a sense of humor – are definite pluses. In addition to serving as the primary bookkeeper, this person is responsible for mailing, without fail, revenue statements to approximately 250 investors on the 15th of each month. These statements are prepared using a licensed proprietary software system, much like QuickBooks, that will require a rapid learning curve. Responsibilities include:
• Post accounting entries into QuickBooks
• Prepare daily cash position for management

Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 4 years programming experience across multiple platforms and technologies

Job Responsibilities
- Perform full life cycle software development with an emphasis on front end technologies : ASP.Net MVC, JQuery, Sharepoint 2007
· Adhere to the software development lifecycle paradigm, which includes: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
· Interpret business requirements and implement the necessary technology to formulate tech solutions
· Use source debuggers and visual development environments
· Construct design documents and documentation to aid in maintenance and code reuse
· Interact with project stakeholders and internal resources regarding timelines, technical issues, and infrastructure integration
· Define, design, and implement multi-tier object-oriented distributed software applications

The goal of the Case Manager is to assist the injured worker in receiving appropriate, cost effective medical care for their injury in a timely manner, and to expedite their return to work.

o Assessment:
- Perform a complete nursing evaluation
- Collect relevant data to the patient’s physical and mental status, functional capability, personal and environmental factors

- Discuss the analyzed data and the comprehensive plan of care with the insurance representative prior to implementation
- Upon authorization, implement this plan of care with patient, physician and health care providers
o Implementation :
- Make regular personal contact to oversee the contracted services in order to maintain quality of care
- Arrange for care/services as needed (home care, procedures, medication, equipment or supplies)
- Monitor the plan of care with modifications or changes suggested to the patient and physician as the need arises
- Coordinate information between all parties (injured worker, physicians, employer, other providers, such as therapists, and attorney, if any is involved)
o Evaluation:
- Determine the progress and the effectiveness of the care
- Prepare a monthly report of the patient’s progress and specific cost savings
o Professional interaction with EKHS staff, members of the medical community, and all customers of EKHS; both in oral and written forms
o All work is done within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse in California
o Participate in EKHS Nursing teleconferences and staff meetings as scheduled.

Job Requirements:
o Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
