Web And Trend Researchers Spanish Argentinan Polish Turkish Upper West Side details visit
09/05/2010
We are conducting a review of trends in some countries - Spain, Argentina, Indonesia, Poland, Turkey and Russia - and want to find some people that can help us. This is temporary work starting as soon as you can after Labor Day and will run for a week or
two.
To do the work you'll need to:
- speak the local language as well as English perfectly
- have a good sense of cultural and commercial trends
- know where to look (web sites, magazines...) to find examples of advertisements etc that evidence trends we are observing.
- be able to meet me on the Upper West (ideally) so we can kick start the process.
I expect it will take 20-30 hours to complete the work. If you can commit to this amount then we may divide the work between a number of people.
If you have friends or family in the target countries that could help (purchasing magazines, visiting stores etc) that could help; we will pay for their time.
We pay by PayPal or, for those in the US, by check.
If you're interested please send me an email, including some information about yourself as well as a resume.
Thanks

Popular Sex Toy Blog Looking For Regular Writers Greenwich Village details visit
09/01/2010
I'm the owner of Theirtoys.com, an adult toy site. We also run a fairly popular blog at http://theirtoys.com/sexblog. The blog currently gets 100,000 - 150,000 unique visitors per month. We are looking to dramatically increase the amount of content that
is being produced for the blog, and are therefore hiring several regular writers. The topics can vary widely, but should be related to sex, sex toys, sexuality, GLBT issues, relationships, or anything else tangential. This is an opportunity for a young writer (college students are great) to make a bit of extra money writing in a very interesting and fun niche, and having their work seen by a lot of people. Because there has been a lot of interest in this position, it is going to work like this. If I accept you as a writer, you will be given a unique login to the blog (it is a wordpress blog) where you will be able to write blog posts without supervision. Once you have completed a blog post, you will submit it for approval. It will be either approved completely (if you did an excellent job, and I think the readers will like it) or I will ask you to do edits before approval or I will flat out reject it if the work is below par. Once I've approved a piece you have written in the blog, you will be paid $20 within 24 hours via paypal. There is no limit to the number of blog posts you will be allowed to write, so you can really make as much money as you like by writing excellent content. Here is what I am looking for in a blog post:
1. Topic must be inherently interesting. I'm not looking for anything generic.
2. It must be easy to consume. Blog writing is not like writing for a paper, it should be easily understood at a few glances, should include media (images and/or video)
3. It can be controversial, outrageous, or even disturbing. I'm looking for content that people will be interested in reading and sharing, almost anything goes.
4. Grammar and spelling can't be a major issue. If you suck at this, please don't apply. These will be edited briefly, mostly for content. If there are substantial grammatical or spelling errors, the post won't be approved.
5. Each entry should range between 1,000-1,500 words. If you're confident the blog entry is awesome but doesn't fit within these limits, no problem, but as a general rule they should be this long.
6. Top Ten Lists are GREAT (if it is an original idea and a top 10 list related to this niche, and well written, i will very likely approve it)
7. Stuff similar to what you might read on the following sites will likely be approved: cracked.com/collegehumor.com/holytaco.com etc.
8. Ask yourself the following when writing: "Is this interesting enough that I would feel compelled to share this with a friend on twitter or facebook" If the answer is no, then I probably won't approve it.
If you are interested please do the following:
1. Give me a tiny bit of background (please don't attach a resume, I don't care, just tell me a little about yourself and why you would be good for this or would like doing it)
2. Give me an idea of what you might write as your first post.
3. A small writing sample in the body of the email (no attachments please)

Computational Geometry Mathematician Anywhere In The World details visit
08/24/2010
Note: this is not a tutoring job. I want to pay for an actual mathematician.
I am working on some interesting computer graphics software. My data-structure and geometry visualization abilities are good, but my elementary math is lousy - I've forgotten
what I learned in high school. Rather than getting distracted grinding through it myself, I'm looking for per-problem math help. Many of the problems will be elementary.
Good gig for a few extra dollars on the side.
For now this would be piecework, i.e.,
I would email you now and then with a question,
you would email a cost-estimate for the answer,
I would agree (and possibly pay you a deposit),
you would email the answer back,
I'd pay you.
I could pay you either per-hour or per-specific-question. As we get to know each other we could skip the estimates and deposits; I'd just fire the questions off and you'd fire off the answers and the bills. I promise speedy payment via Paypal or check.
You needn't be local, or even in the United States. You needn't have any particular qualifications, as long as you can answer the questions with reasonable ease. But a few words about your qualifications would be good. Resume not needed.
In the best of worlds this would turn into a full-time job for a startup in maybe nine months. But no promises.
Knowledge of computer graphics basics a plus.
Knowledge of NURBS an excellent plus.
Thanks.

Sample problem:
Assume the world is just a simple 2D plane (Z=0).
Assume a uniform light emitter modelled as a line segment (x1,y1)->(x2,y2)
Assume a uniform black light absorber modelled as a line segment (x3,y3)->(x4,y4)
Assume neither line segment is "end on" to the to the other, that they do not intersect, etc (i.e, no discontinuities)
Assume the light emitter has unit brightness per unit length
Then:
What is the formula for the total amount of light reaching the absorber?
What is the formula for the amount of light reaching a given spot on the absorber?
What is the formula for the spot on the absorber that is most brightly lit?
What might be some good approximations to the above?
(Optional) What might be an unusually fast technique for calculating any of the above?

Free Lance Property Photographer Mostly Eastern Massachusetts details visit
08/19/2010
Do you want to make some extra money with no specific time commitment?
We are currently hiring to help with the following task in our business: Taking photos of properties in and around the area (some of these properties are in the midst of foreclosure
proceedings)
Our plan is to keep a database of “property photographers” who are willing to go to cities/ towns in (mostly Eastern) Massachusetts and take photos of specific properties for us. The general pay for these (exterior) photographs is $10 to $13 per property. You will have the opportunity to select which cities and towns you wish to cover for this amount. When we have an assignment in one of your towns, we send an e-mail, requesting that the photos be taken (and sent to us via e-mail) within 24 hours. (These assignments tend to take minimal time. Once you arrive at the property, we are asking you to take a few photos, which takes approximately 2-3 minutes. Then, once we receive them via e-mail- and they meet our quality standards- you have earned your fee.)
This job is ideal for someone who has some extra time and wants to bring in some extra money each month. It is not a big time commitment, and it a “pay-per-assignment” position.
IMPORTANT: Our clients rely on our responsiveness & ability to fulfill their requests quickly and efficiently. For this reason, you MUST have e-mail on your phone, a computer with Internet access, and reliable transportation to be considered for this position.
If this job is a good fit for you, you would be working as an Independent Contractor. You can either get paid via PayPal (or check, if you prefer). If your annual income exceeds $600, we will need to collect a W9 from you, per IRS requirements. Until you earn more than $600, a W9 is not necessary.
If you are interested, please respond to this ad by filling out the survey at this link (this is where you will have the opportunity to select which towns you are interested in working):
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/7XD8D3S (Please do NOT call our office. It is important that we fill this position, but we also need to handle day-to-day business in the meantime. Unexpected phone calls often cause unintended delay in responding to applicants.)
Requirements:
•A digital camera
• A Blackberry, iPhone, Android (or other Smart phone which receives e-mail) + a computer with Internet access are required
• A GPS device is recommended (to save you time) but not required.

For Motivated People Sales Professionals Only 150k Potential Local Us details visit
08/14/2010
(This is NOT MLM or network marketing! Only Sales Managers recruit anyone.) Unlimited income potential!
This is for over the phone and in person as necessary. Your territory will be the United States. Part time / Full Time.
I know the ma
rket is terrible for many of you looking at this, but ONLY contact me if you are a top tier recruit. No riff raff! (With us you are an independent contractor - we don’t have time to babysit!)
Next, this is a commission-only “gig”. If you are scared off by this already… good, then we don’t want you. So, kindly, please don’t waste our time.
If you are looking for a salary and are scared of working without one, this is not for you. Please don't waste my time by asking because we are not handing out salaries. We are handing out money for that "’Old Fashioned’ work ethic". With us, "HARD WORK PAYS OFF!" ...Like I said, if you’re looking for the “bi monthly handout,” this is not for you! (Part time efforts could be considered, yet you need to work four times as hard to impress us!)
For the money motivated people, you may ask, what’s the potential? Well, in two weeks one guy just closed an account that will bring in $8,000 per month, RESIDUALLY! That means literally $8,000 every month whether he is on the beach, at a coffee house, on a vacation, ski trip, or cruise with his family! MANY of these accounts are out there and we can tell you how to go after them! How would you like to create your own $100,000 per year residual income? (For those of you who don’t know what that means, it means that you don’t have to show up to a job, punch a clock, and sell your soul for 50 years to hopefully get a “pension” or “social security” which is another way of saying - “you’ll get less than you couldn’t afford to live on in the first place.” A residual means that as long as your accounts process, you make money!) Again, only quality people will make the cut!
This is a ground floor opportunity so we are not looking for everyone - just those who are sharp enough to make it happen!
Market: We have tens of thousands of accounts to go after for our portal. The potential is wide open and we are entering the international market this Fall! To best illustrate our service, we are an internet portal similar to a Paypal, yet not just for individuals, rather for legitimate institutions! Honestly, this is revolutionary!
Now about you… You MUST be a confident, happy, positive, professional, fun, hard working, trainable, self-starter, and a top tiered, outgoing, high energy person. If you aren’t as described, please move along. We don’t have time for whiners and those who won’t step up to make things happen. Please only contact us if you are the “best of the best”.
We prefer someone with some sales experience, however we much prefer a positive, “go get-em” sort of attitude more. In fact, former athletes, models, and pharmaceutical reps will probably excel with us if you have the right attitude! Overall, we expect you to be results-oriented! No excuses!
Income Expectation: After year one of (even part time) efforts, your annual income should be at least $150,000. After two years your income should be $300,000+. After year three if you aren’t making $500,000 per year with us, you aren’t working. Then perhaps we you aren’t suited to work with us. Then again, on the downside, you’d be making $500,000 per year.
Again, only contact me if you are the type to “hit the ground running” and to make consistent results happen without a babysitter. If you can’t manage you…, I don’t want to!
I’m really busy so expect to leave a message. Leave an impressive 30 to 45 second message. Give a couple highlights about you and for crying-out-loud, leave your phone number TWICE and SPEAK CLEARLY so I can call you back. Make me want to call you back!
Of course I’ll give you more details when we speak. Don’t expect to know everything in the first 2 minutes. I’m not worried about us. I’m more concerned about having you be the right person to work with us.
If you are a go-getter then step up and see if you have what it takes to work with us! Leave me a message and I’ll call you back when I can.

P.S. Resumes are helpful for when you call. I just don't know when I will get to them.
