We are seeking an assistant/sales team member to work with the V.P. of Sales for our Internet marketing company. The work will be performed remotely from your home office.
Description of Responsibilities: You will be responsible for responding to real-
time live chat inquiries, responding to email inquiries, and providing phone support to current clients.
Qualifications: You must have a strong phone presence, be able to communicate clearly and effectively in writing, and have customer service or phone sales experience. Familiarity with Internet marketing strategies is a plus. You must be based in the U.S. or Canada, and must be a native English speaker. In addition, you must have high-speed Internet access, Skype, and a headset. You must have a quiet, professional environment (such as a home office) without other distractions during work hours.
Hours: The position requires working from your home Mondays through Fridays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Training: The successful candidate will be supplied with extensive documentation, FAQs, and a number of other resources. You will also receive four hours of training via Skype. Standardized answers and scripts with information needed to respond to inquiries will be provided.
Compensation: Compensation starts at $12.50 per hour. You will be required to sign a non-compete agreement.
