GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Position Type: Full Time, Employee
We are seeking a driven, college graduate to participate in the growth of a fast-paced provider of leading edge software and services to the healthcare industry. Narrowly defined, we are seeking a Client Services Liaison (CSL) who will work directly with major client accounts (all Fortune 500 corporations in both the US and Europe) in supporting their day to day needs while strategically developing the account. The CSL will be a key individual within the organization, communicating and defining requirements for our internal sales and marketing, quality assurance and development teams. The position will also involve end-user training and national/international travel as necessary to support client needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Monitoring, responding to and completing or facilitating the completion of client and end user requests submitted via email or phone in a timely manner
2. Conduct and facilitate client and end-user (e.g. physician) training (in-person, teleconference, WebEx)
3. Preparation of training materials on an as needed basis (slide presentations, QuickReference Guides, installation CD-ROMs, special materials as requested by the client)
4. Maintaining highly professional conduct and demeanor at all times through speech, writing and actions when interacting with clients
5. Maintaining an excellent working knowledge of all systems and services as utilized by the client base
6. Undertake and coordinate technical troubleshooting and resolution when requested by the client (e.g. new user setup, password reset, password change, offline client installation, PDA installation)
7. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times in regards to a client’s products, data and business as conducted with SteepRock,Inc.

In this position, you will be working closely with Senior Configuration Specialists, Developers and Senior Developers, Sales, and Client Services to deliver highly customizable solutions to clients.

Work Experience: 2+ years of experience writing SQL for relational databases
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree
Technical Requirements: Strong SQL skills with the ability to create complex queries and understand unique data structures. Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, preferred) and knowledge of data structures is required. Some experience or knowledge of and an ability to work with UNIX/LINUX/Windows is desirable but not required. Strong communication skills and an interest in learning and innovating are a must.

1. Perform system configuration using SQL
