rked at that location and yes, there are a lot of Mexican cooks(just like all restaurants), but I am White and have worked there for quite awhile in the BOH. I'm wasn't the only White cook there either! I also have White friends that still work there! GASP!
Maybe there is more to the story like you have a bad attitude? I mean, look at your post alone..go off assuming that they will only hire mexican cooks when I and others can attest that is not 100% the truth. Wow, they didn't hire you and gave you a short interview..man, they must be out for you, huh? Just because you have 8 years experience means jack. Responsibilities
1. Perform application/system administration and user support (Windows AD/File/Print Services, Exchange, NextGen, Citrix, SQL Server, Help desk system, and general desktop computer usage support).
2. Establish, support and administer various development, testing and deployment environments for NextGen and Data Warehouse systems.
3. Ensure backup and recovery, security and virus protection and license compliance of NGHN infrastructure and applications with direction from Manager, IT.
4. Develop, implement and maintain IT infrastructure and application environment to support current and future operations with the focus on security, privacy, licensure, performance and capacity with minimal interruptions.
5. Proactive monitoring, auditing and maintenance of all NGHN infrastructure components for on-going compliance with internal and external policies and optimal and cost effective operations.
6. Provide support to participation organization in installation and upgrade of NGHN products.
7. Support development, implementation and maintenance of secured data flow of Quality Information Warehouse and Frameworks Quality Control systems
8. Support the maintenance of data integrity and security in across systems
9. Support development of appropriate IT policies, procedures, and purchasing standards
10. Support administration of NGHN’s public and private web presence including web sites, PPFA extranet presence, intranet, and customer forums
11. Assist with research on IT products/services that will best optimize IT resources to accomplish NGHN mission.

We also c
onsider candidates who wish to re-engineer their careers to serve as business consultants or mid/senior level managers for clean energy enterprises. Candidates should meet the following prerequisites:
• A minimum of 4 year degree, MS or MBA is a plus, but not required.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a high technology industry. Experience in project management of solar photovoltaic and battery technology is desirable.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
• Participants will be expected to demonstrate their technical and management skills through problem solving, team work, and project management.
Intensive training is available for a selected number of candidates that have advanced degrees but lack of relevant industry experience. Clean Tech Institute provides advanced training at our facility in Fremont and NASA Ames Research Center in the areas of thin film photovoltaic, and nanocomposite battery technology.
